CABINS ABCDE

Cabins ABCDE are composed of four-storey walk-up buildings which have a combination of 1-bedroom and studio type units. A one bedroom unit has a gross floor area of 28 square meters while a studio unit has a gross floor area of 20 square meters.

The first floor has four units of one bedroom units and the second to fourth floors have four units of studio units each. The gross number of units in each cabin building is 16. Any buyer has the option to buy and combine identical units, for instance, two one bedrooms or two studio units.

Different units however are not allowed to be combined into a single unit for it will alter the structural integrity of the entire cabin building. There will be five Cabins ABCDE buildings and they will be known as Alabama, Colorado, Kansas, and South Carolina and Arkansas. Each unit has a relaxing porch.

CABINS FGHI

Cabins FGHI are four-storey walk-up buildings with 28-square meter one bedroom unit on all floors. Any buyer has the option to buy and combine identical units, for instance, two bedrooms. There will be four Cabins FGHI buildings. They will be known as New Orleans, Georgia, Oklahoma and Virginia. Each unit has a relaxing porch.
